Role: First Level interface to client remotely to resolve technical issue or determine if issue requires dispatching to a System Tech/Engineer. 

Requirements:
Must have good telephone customer service skill. Ability to communicate in both a non-technical and technical manner. Must be able to handle multiple task and quickly and effectively. 

Qualifications: Enrolled in an Information Technology/Computer Science Degree Plan or CompTIA/Microsoft Certification Program. Must also have previous telephone work or customer service with verifiable references.

Job Duties: Must be capable of providing imediate telephone or remote access support for basic user level business software applications, hardware and network technologies.
