Role: Third Level interface to client and first level support to dispatched System Tech either onsite or remotely to resolve technical issue. Also cultivate new project opportunities and provide support to Sales Team with new or existing projects.

Requirements:
Must demostrate good customer service skills and be detail oriented. Ability to communicate in both a non-technical and technical manner. Must be able to efficiently gather and publish specification data required implement project proposals. 

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE or Work Experience Equivalent.

Job Duties: Must be capable of designing supporting, deploying, building, optimizing, and configuring user/infrastructure level business software, hardware and network technologies.
